Extensive Work Being Carried Out On A 1929 Model A Coupe – blah blah blah yap ya
The beginning of the Dodge Roadster project – Romano and Michael worked closely with the project’s owner on every aspect of body preparation.
Initial door fabrication work.
Removal of guards and running boards required the body to be off chassis.
All panels were collected, repaired, and used on the project – funny how this looks nothing like the finished product!!
With initial body preparation nearing completion, Romano and Michael worked closely with the project’s owner on the internal skeleton.
Romano, Michael, and the project’s owner fabricate a tunnel to accommodate the transmission and driveline – again, an internal skeleton is formed to support the tunnel fabrication work.
With most of the metal fabrication nearing completion, the body is again fitted to the chassis to ensure correct alignment, and to also identify if additional metal fabrication work is required – Romano and Michael also repair, fin, and straighten all other panels to the pre-paint stage as part of this process.
The completed project after painting.
